Is anyone else having this problem? Ever since I switched over to BV5 my shipping addresses do not get forwarded to PayPal's system. This causes me to not be able to use USPS feature to print shipping labels from PayPal's site. At first PayPal was allowing me to at least type in the address by hand. Now PayPal just simply doesn't allow me to ship. This feature worked fine in BV4 and shipping easy. Now shipping is a nightmare. I have to go to USPS click-n-ship and enter all info by hand and pay by cc each time.


This is with PayPal Payment Pro as my gateway, NOT PayPal Express.



I have asked this question to support but they have had it in their court since 10/23 with no response from "the developers". I guess this feature was outsourced since the in-house folks don't claim to be the developer. Maybe there's a two-week time difference between US and India.

Tom,

This is a known issue that has already been fixed for Service Pack 3. We also have a hot fix available. If you contact our support department at http://www.bvsoftware.com/support they will be happy to assist you.

Okay, we have found the issue and it will be fixed in SP3. Marcus had a previous comment, but I removed it since it was based on faulty information that I provided him with.

Are we sure that we are talking about PayPal Payment Pro and NOT PayPal Express? I just want to be sure since is was mentioned that there was an existing hotfix, but that hotfix was for Express.
