I've missed 'un-checking' the "Same as shipping address' box, and more than once a wholesale account has too.

How can I change this to an un-checked box when the page opens?
Can I just change the "true" to "false"?

If I had my real preference I'd place the 'Bill To' on top and leave the "Ship To" visible, blank and the check box cleared - or - in the case of a returning customer, filled in with his info already. See below:

I think "Bill To" is the important one when buying with a CC, and nothing screams for attention like a bunch of empty fields.

I agree that it would be great to have both sets visible with a check box that fills in one from the other -- but as a store with many sales, I think the shipping address should be more important. An order cannot go through without the correct billing, but if you put that first, I guarantee you will be loaded with complaints about shipping to the wrong address, especially if the billing is a PO box (or having to make tons of phone calls to get the shipping address.

Some customers with open accounts won't get tripped up for lack of cc address if they check off 'PO' or 'Send check'. In these cases, I'm only seeing the "ship to" from an unknown customer with PO or check for payment. The only clue it's a user is the sign-in user name on the invoice and email, and the discounted price.

They'll be signed in to get the user discount and forget, or not see the "bill to" box. It's checked, so the "bill to" is the same as the "Ship to" by default. I don't think the default should ever lead to an error. If the box starts off unchecked and the feilds left open and blank... it'd be hard to make a mistake by leaving them blank or by checking the box and having the 'ship to' address filled in for you.

As is, there is no visual clue that something is incorrect - you can't check until you uncheck the box.
