Anyone using Quickbooks Merchant Services aka Innovative?

My head's spinning after dealing with Innovative. They're indicating the account we have through Quickbooks Merchant Services is not compatible with BV. This runs counter to what I thought the software promised.
Storefron* and others are apparently directly supported but another layer is needed in the form of the actual Innovative Gateway. Does this all sound correct?
As it stands now we're going to have two different merchant accounts, one for Quickbooks, one for BV/Innovative?

we use Innovative for our QB too and LinkPt for our store processing. Within the next few months, I was going to look into seeing what it would take to create a custom module to incorporate Innovative into BV5. I'm expecting a few headaches to navigate around the QB synch features, but we'll see..... |

Randy, so it's not directly integrated with the Innovative Gateway BV mentions? I was afraid of this which is why we did not go with them. BV lists Innovative as available, but I don't know anyone is actually using it and don't want to be the beta tester.
