A 1 year support contract is described as $499 for 1 year with 5 incidents.


What is an incident?

Does this mean after 5 problems I have used up the entire support contract?

An incident is one issue that is resolved from start to finish. If it takes an hour or a month to resolve it counts as one incident. Yes, after 5 incidents you will need to purchase more support.
