Anyone have any idea why BVC5 is sending 2 drop shipper notices? I guess 2 are better then none but curious why.

I've been asking that one for a while - sometimes vendors get three!

Plus then when you edit the order later to enter tracking information, you get it again!

I'm just glad none of my drop-shippers have Yahoo addresses. Yet.

My emails.... 1 to 3 at random, gotta be something in the admin code. My MS Outlook emails are rock solid so I know it isn't me or my host. I received 3 duplicate web-site inquiries yesterday so it's not just the outgoing ones, incoming are affected.

Back when BVC sent forum post notices, I'd get 4 identical emails. One to the inbox and 3 to the junk folder - every time.




Also, Shipper ads a note in the private notes stack that the ship notice didn't go because the email field is blank. Well, it's never blank and the email does go out, and Fed Ex gets it for their email also.



Admin can use some tightening up.

BV even logs that is sends 2 e-mails in the order log, not really sure why.
