We do not use or charge a Handling Fee at this time. How do we remove it so that it does not appear on the checkout page. Am i missing a checkbox somewhere?

Dan, I believe its under admin > options > Shipping at the top of the page make sure handle charge is not checked. Richard www.somethingmorestore.com

That is what i thought.
But when i go to Admin > options> Shipping. Here is what i have -
Handling Fee Amount - $0.00
Then there are two bullet choices, either "per item or per order" one is allways marked. Won't let me uncheck both.
Below that is "Charge Handling On Non-Shipping Items" , I don't have it check.
Nothing that says do not charge handling fee. Or nothing that says do not display handling fee?
If i Don't charge a handling fee, why is it even being displayed on my checkout?

Dan, I am guessing that the word handling is visible on the one page checkout and the call for the charge would have to be removed from the page. Since I am not a coder I do not know if simply removing the lable tag and the following anthem "HandlingTotalField" from the page would break anything or not. If you choose to try, be sure an make a copy of the one page checkout.aspx before you try it.
