I have 2 Movies (.wmv) on our site. One is a free download but we do require the customer to purchase the product with no payment necessary.
Everything is set to unlimited (leave blank for unlimited downloads and unlimited time).
Everything worked fine until SP3 was installed. Then it was broken. Error = File has been downloaded the maximum number of times.
We upgraded to SP3.1 today and still get the same error. I deleted both files in files folder and uploaded the free one again from the file downloads section of the product. The old movies still show up on drop down list (??) but I did delete the old movie before uploading the movie again (with a different short description because it wouldn't let me use the same name).
I still get the same error and the new movie is in files folder with the added prefix and suffix.
Any ideas?

If you set the number of downloads to something very high does this happen, or is it just when you set it to unlimited? |

Number of times file can be downloaded = 99 works fine. Number of times file can be downloaded = 0 triggers error. Unlimited Date works fine.
