Our client attempted to refund an order - but entered 0 as the refund amount
The payment gateway returned the error:
Transaction Reference Number: ATGH1F019BD1
Response Text: Invalid amount
We then tried to refund the order using the correct amount. Then we recieved the error:
Transaction Reference Number: ALCH2A0D6E01
Response Text: Credit error: ATGH1F019BD1 is a failed transaction
The problem seems to be this: its submitting the previous failed refund transaction (ATGH1F019BD1) as the transaction to refund rather than the transaction of the purchase!
