New orders are able to return items without issue. Orders placed before SP3.2 implemented do not display the check box on the /Myaccount_Orders_Details.aspx?ID= page to enable returning an item. Prior to SP3.2 we were running Sp2

Could someone verify please? Thanks!

I'm not clear on your issue. When a new order is placed, are you saying that the software IS or IS NOT accepting a return?

No. We upgraded to sp3.2 on January 30th. Orders placed after January 30th can return items. Order placed before January 30th can not return items (orders were placed in SP2, but SP3.2 cannot process returns for those orders.)

I’m experiencing a similar issue with the returns after an upgrade to 3.2 where after choosing any order line item and clicking the Return Selected Items button getting the following error:

I am able to reproduce this error. SP3.2 (no hotfixes)

However, it happens on orders both before and after upgrade. Tested with inventory off and on. Get same error as listed above.

There were two issues with returns. One was the error message we were getting when we hit the return item button on the Admin panel. This was due to DirtyTrackingCollection and it has been resolved after this fix.

The other issue was that the check box on the /Myaccount_Orders_Details.aspx?ID= page to enable returning an item was not being displayed. This fix does not seem to resolve this issue.

Any suggestions?

Does anyone still have SP3.2E ?? Our site is going live and I'm not ready to move to the latest full version because i'll lose some of our additions.
