Last Sunday I signed up for the monthly $49.95 support plan. Although I can log into my BV account using my email address, I cannot log into the help desk. I tried to reset password (it said it sent an email to my email address) but then I never receive an email with password information. I even checked my spam box for it. I hit reply to my order confirmation email and requested assistance twice. I called BV's phone number but the automated voice mail only provided a choice for sales questions.
Does anyone know of a way I can contact BV whereby they provide me access to the Help Desk support?

We tried emailing you several times but our email was rejected by your server.
We called your office and left a message with your new password but apparently you did not receive it yet.

I received your message and have tried it using both upper case and lower case but still am unable to login. You mentioned sending me an email and my server rejecting your email, however, if this were the case I do not understand why I able to receive the automated order confirmation from your email address but not your manually generated email. In any case I left you a voice message and still need to login.
