How do I change what Category Template is used in Category View Pages?

I've been looking all over the admin. Currently when you click on category it displays all the products I think using the "Bulk Order List" Category Template. How do I set the pages to use say the "Grid" Category template? Thanks!

When you edit that particular category, on the right side there is a drop down box for you to choose which template. This way you don't have to use the same template for all categories. |
