Customer completes checkout, 15 minutes later the funds are still not in the paypal account. There is absolutely no notification that anything took place in Paypal itself. The BV order shows a paypal order number and three completed steps, authorize, ip address, order accepted with paypal order xyz. Yet I see nothing about the payment in Paypal. Is this a normal paypal lag? The customer did not complete the paypal transaction although it shows as complete in the admin. It lists a charge amount, last 4 of the card, and a paypal order number. I"m not sure how she aborted at that stage but she did. Heads up to those using paypal as the order shows as complete but no money is forthcoming in this circumstance.
We took care of it offline, but just figured we'd give the heads up.

More information - over $2k paypal will flag most all transactions regardless. That did not play a part but reading anything over 2k gets a security check of up to 30 days.
