Hi, I tried creating a site on a shared server. The BV Commerce application (latest demo version) completed successfully (using the FTP option) without any errors but I see that only 2 files (AdditionalProductAccessories.aspx and AdditionalProductAccessories.aspx.vb) are copied to my server. The database however is created fine. Did I miss anything while creating the site? Do I have to ask my web host to configure anything? Regards, Sunil

Who is your host? Do they support BV? Do they run other BV sites? Having used various ecomm platforms, I have found that the host is a VITAL part of the chain -- do not try and make a ecomm platform work on a host that has little or no experience with it; you will get nowhere. |

If you only see 2 files, there was definitely an issue.
You can upload all the web files manually, of have your host take care of it. |

Sunil, find a reliable host familiar with the software and have them load it for you. Noah is the man.
