Smart View for BV5 - 'Demo' not going away

Hi, I installed the SmartViewe for BVC5 on my site and the word 'Demo' appears over any pictures I put up. ie: http://uniquebannersonli...Sports__SCH-spc-001.aspxThe manual said to clear the cache, which I did and it wont go away. Any suggestions? Dave

Also, Is there any way possible to format the viewer so it is not far to the left, as shown: http://uniquebannersonli...Sports__SCH-spc-001.aspxI'm guessing I can put it in a table, but if there is a way to do it in the view code that would be easier. Cheers, Dave

Don't put it in a table, there are far too many tables in the add-on as it is. Part of the problem is that it is also using deprecated attributes like align="left" on the image container. Perhaps if you can edit the add-on to remove that, or force it to center via your stylesheet.
Have you contacted Avecom support regarding your license issue? |

Mitch/Cliff,
Thanks for your input.
After digging around the SmartView install folder, there are 3 areas I found that needed to be modified.
1. The SmartViewControl.aspx file has all the tables in there, so I set some align properties.
2. The main style sheet I am using has a productimage class
3. A style sheet in the folder, SmartView.css , has container classes to manipulate. There is a big warning, #imageContainer /*think twice before edit. Optimized for IE6,IE7, FF */,
but so far I havent broken anything yet.
As for the 'Demo', that keeps popping up, and I tried to reinstall the license with no luck.
I'll call the folks over there at Avecom and let them know.

Marcus/Nick,
I spoke to Aram from Avecomgroup about the issue with the word 'Demo' not going away on my site (http://www.uniquebannersonline.com) and he said he never received a request from you guys for a license application.
I purchased this software back in early March and my clients are getting unruly over this issue.
Is there any way we can expedite this matter?
My clients are very unhappy and wish to return the software if it is not working properly (without the "Demo" showing up).

We placed are order with Avecom and they haven't responded with your license key. We will contact them again to find out why it hasn't been issued.
