Can someone explain the relationships between: Root, Children, Peers and Parents to category and sub-category.

Are children and peers sub-categories? If so, what's the difference?

Are root and parent the same? Why the distictions in the drop-down in the category content block?

Roots = Categories at the top of the tree, the first level of categories
Parents = Categories one level above the current one
Peers = Categories at the same level as the current one
Children = Sub-categories of the current one

So if you have no sub-categories, all of your categories are roots and peers, and you have no parents or children.

Thanks.
