By site terms we mean the ones we can force a user to agree to upon checking out? IE, you agree to x y z.

Woops, my mistake - I meant how do we get a link to them on the site? If we wanted to point people to our site terms what is the url? There's no link to them really anywhere that we can tell.

I Believe Site Terms and Terms and Conditions are the same. You can link to them by using a url like this http://www.mysite.com/Terms.aspx.The link that is created on the checkout page is javascript , and you could use it. <a onclick="javascript :window. open('/TermsPopUp.aspx','Policy','width=400, height=500, menubar=no, scrollbars=yes, resizable=yes, status=no, toolbar=no')" href="javascript :void(0);">View Terms and Conditions</a> I think this will work I have not tested it.
