See if this works for you:
Admin>Orders>View Order(Brings up the order)>Top Right of Order
under "Order Manager" you can select Void..

Rudy, if you are using the "...complete, in process, shipped...." Status Codes, this doesn't contain "void" ootb. Any condition can be set to show there, but it won't be recognized as a funtion in the software. It'll only be there for the humans to look at. Set up any you'd like in Options > Orders. Green text at the top of the page.

Tim, I don't think so. It's been discussed here before. I just edit the order to $0.00 if I need to keep the order for reference, but the check never arrives.
