Product grids on homepage column 3 push everything up

Each time I add a product grid on homepage column 3 it pushes everything up I am including a screen shot emunah attached the following image(s):  screenshot.JPG (116kb) downloaded 43 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.
