Adjust dates and times for timezone when your hosting is in a different country to your customers

our BVC5 SP2 site sells products in the UK but is hosted with applied innovations in the USA. So of course all of the orders, reports and database rows are dated EST rather than GMT (UK). This is not a major issue but is confusing from a reporting standpoint. I asked applied innovations if its possible to change a DB setting to put our database and web server into GMT zone but they said its not possible. Anyone know if its possible to adjust the times and dates with a setting or tweak in BVC5 ? Thanks Richard http://www.beauty2u.com

I'd be interested in knowing this as well. We lease a server from Rackspace which is two hours ahead, so we may run into this issue as well.
