Is there currently a way to specify fixed prices for each product based off of price group? (No)

I posted this because I was required to by my boss. . . . I already know the answer.
However, I am curious if anyone has come up with a non-programming method of doing something similar to this.
I have a few designs in mind and I figure its going to take a bit to code this the way I want, and the boss wants the feature to come with BVC ootb. . . *sigh*
