Still having problems with "Product Variations"

I'm still having problems getting "Product Variations" to change the price of an item when the optional accesory is selected along with the featured product. I've added the following link to demonstrate what I'm asking. The main product, "The First Class School Chair", cost $359.95. The optional accessory, "Leg Extentions", cost an additional $124.95. To test my set up, I select the Leg Extentions along with the First Class Chair but the price does not change from $359.95 when it's in the shopping cart. http://www.bellabambinostore.com/adjustablefirstclassschoolchair.aspx Also, once all the optional accessories have been added, how will my customer be able to select all of the options if they choose to do so? Has anyone else experienced anything similar to my problem?

Each of you optional accessories need to be a seperate option. You need to set them up individually if you want the ability for the customer to be able to select multiple options. Right now the customer can only select one or the other, not both. Don't know why the price isn't changing, Do you have the them set up as Choices or Modifiers? I'm guessing you have read the documentation on product choices and modifiers? http://forums.bvcommerce...t.aspx?f=100&m=56729 |

Yes, I've read the documentation. Also, I'm using modifiers to set them up.
I guess the next thing to do is put in a job ticket. It's highly possible that when the upgrade was done, a minor feature that allowed BV4 to add options was either accidently disabled or overlooked. Or, there is a problem within my particular settings. Thanks again for trying to help!

I took the advice given to put in a job ticket (#50-13a7c-21039) and I’m still waiting for a response. The first response asked were the updates installed. Since receiving a response to that question, there hasn’t been a response or action taken to complete the ticket as of Tuesday, 13 May, 5:00 pm EST. Are you still working on it? Can anyone please help me with this problem? It’s causing major problems with our site, not to mention a lost in sales!

From reading through your ticket I'm still not clear if you have updated to the latest service pack and have not customized anything. Can you give us an update?
