In the BVadmin | Options | Payment I have Cash enabled and Telephone disabled. The scenario we have is when people come into the physical store location to purchase items with cash.
The problems are twofold. The first is that the Cash option does not appear in the customer check out screen the only way for them to check out is if I have Telephone enabled. The second problem is that the telephone option always appears in the Admin order Payment screen (receivepayments.aspx) even with the Telephone payment option disabled. When looking at the records in the database each closed/paid order has two records one for the Telephone and the other for the real payment method.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
