We have some of our products that are downloadable only and we are having a problem with emails not going out to them notifying them that they can download the files.

I looked at the workflows and it looks like it only sends out an email notification if the order is shipped. In this case when someone buys a downloadable product it does not send out a email receipt. Also, there is no email template on notifying the customer where to download their files. In the previous version this was all done automatically.

Anyone have any ideas??

We are running BV5 SP 3.2

Any resolution to this? I am having the same issue.

Nope I have not yet found a solution to this other then manually emailing them after I see the order.
