So i was looking at my reports and looked at current shopping carts. I have around 200 shopping carts that have no info each day on this list. Is it a search engine crawling my site? Its wierd because they all have $0.00 and no info. Any clue what's going on?

what info are you looking for? Someone comes to your site and moves to a product page, a shopping cart is created -- doesn't have anything in it, so it says $0.00 -- there is no customer information to display. You will see that for each customer that comes in and I think moves to a secondary page -- I'm not sure exactly when the cart is created. |

oh ok. Is it weird that a cart is created by just coming to a product page? What is the point of reporting shopping carts if the majority of them are going to say $0.00?

I'm not sure when it is created -- but there is a whole thread on "zero carts" where I think someone came up with a modifcation to remove zero carts. |
