Posted a support ticket with BV but they never really came up with an answer other than to check with hosting. Checked with Noah at Resposio.com since we host with them, but they have not come up with anything either. I have no idea if we are losing sales from this error since I am not a SQL guru and have no idea what it means. Richard www.somethingmorestore.com

Also, do you have access to that machine (remote into it) 2. Can you reproduce it? If you can answer yes to both I can help you track it down. Regards, Corneliu.
