When viewing the Top Customers report (Reports > Top Customers) I'm getting only about three orders with the top being the most recent order, and the other two being $0.00 orders. We've had a good number of sales in the past few weeks, so I'm unsure as to why this is happening. Anyone else experiencing this?

did they create accounts or use the one page checkout without creating one? |

Ah, good question. I'm assuming that's the issue right there...I need to get the 'Create Account' link on the checkout page...

Don't quote me as the answer though...LOL...
There have been reported issues that point to this setup as the culprit and I believe this is being addressed in the new service pack. So the top customer report might be a related issue, the service pack might globally solve the ripple effect. |
