Hello, I'd like to extend a promotional code that would replace the real-time UPS rates with a flat $3.00 shipping fee. I noted the ability to reduce the shipping rate (by percent or amount) and extend free shipping, but our first preference is to simply charge a flat rate since we are going to deliver the packages ourselves (student care packages to a nearby college). Is there a way to do this OOTB (SP2)? Thank you, Joe www.georgehowe.com

Thank you, Matt. I suppose, then, the answer is that this cannot be done out of the box. Thanks again.

You could create a new shipping method that charged your flat rate, make all the other methods not visible for the time being |

Thank you, Joe. I was hoping to go the promotional code route since the flat-fee shipping orders will be a small percentage of our business. I need to have the UPS rates visible at all times. Thanks again.

With Andy's add-on, you could do that easily, and then customers would see the savings they are getting as opposed to UPS rates |
