Trying to use customer groups to set up Wholesale Customers, who would receive X percent off list price. I created a Price Group and set it to X% off list price. Then I created a user and assigned him to Wholesale Customers.
The pricing doesn't change.
Seems like this feature doesn't actually work - any suggestions?

Yep, it works. I use it a lot. It sounds like you did it right except... use 'site price' instead of 'list price' and see if that does it. |
