Product sorting not available in categories

One of our customers called us today; they were trying to sort the view order of products in their categories, but the sorting (up and down arrows) do not show for them. They are a new store converted from SF6 over to BV5 SP3.2 (all HF's applied).
Looking at the generated page code of the BVAdmin/Catalog/Categories_ManualSelection.aspx page under any category , the sorting selection code just isn't being generated. All native sort order data is in their database product tables however. The source BV files have not been edited and contain the code for the sorting; it's just not showing up on the respective page for them.
Any one else seen this? Is this something inherent to the SF6 to Bv5 import/export tool process that causes this? |

Do they have the sort order set to "Manual Sort" -- the arrows will not show up unless you have the sort order set for manual. |
