Is BV5 SP3.1 compatible with ASP.NET 3.5 SP1?

My Web Host emailed they they are going to be updating the shared server to ASP.NET 3.5 SP1 this weekend. I need to find out if there is any incompatible code in BV5 SP3.1 that will break this weekend.
