Are there any other tables that relate to bvc_ProductChoiceCombinations for displaying on the "Edit Product Variations" page?
bvc_ProductXChoice and bvc_ProductChoiceInputOrder have the data they need. bvc_Product has the parent and children products all set
I imported using my own code. Everything works great except this. |

I have some more details to share.
My issue is I have a partner who sells NFL, NCAA and MLB merchandise. I created a "Shared Choices" drop down with all the teams. Each team has it's own separate photo per product. Setting the image manually would take forever. 32 NFL teams, 15 products. You do the math. That would be a nightmare!
I am .Net developer by trade so I've been able to get as far as the NFL "Shared Choices" drop down selected for a particular product. That data is created through the bvc_ProductXChoice and bvc_ProductChoiceInputOrder tables. The problem is the next step in the process.
In the bvc_ProductChoiceCombinations table I've added the products. But nothing appears on the "Edit Product Variations" page.
I need to know what tables or fields are used from the selection of the "Shared Choices" to their appearance on the "Edit Product Variations" page. You select a "Shared Choice" then save, then a checkbox list appears, click save again. Then the "Edit Product Variations" is full. What is the system doing during this process? What tables or fields is it writing too?
I'm so close to getting my store fully stocked and ready to go. I just need help with this one last step! |
