Hi,
I have added few more product types while adding New Products.
Now how to add these types in the search criteria?

Anything related to search is configurable on the page BVAdmin -> Options -> Search. This is what BV 5provides out of the box. If you need more, you will need some custom programming. |

Product Types are not exposed by Search directly. However, one option for you to workaround this is by creating dynamic categories and specify product types for the dynamic categories. It is not exactly what you want but it will serve as a decent work around. |

But All Searchable Properties dropdowns are None.
There isn't any single attirbute in these dropdowns.

would you please guide me how to configure type properties in Dynamic Categories.
i didn't find any option like Product Type in Categories

You can create dynamic categories with product type as a criteria. To do that, go to BVAdmin -> Catalog -> Categories -> Create new dynamic category. Click the criteria button and you will notice Product Type as one of the criteria for the dynamic category. You cannot specify product properties here. You can only do product types. For more information on Dynamic categories, please refer to BV5 manual here. |

I did the same thing,but when i go to Options-> Search
Searchable Properties are still not appearing in drop downs
