As there is more and more need to add conversion tracking pixels to e-commerce websites, Google Checkout has published a way of adding it to their API xml request when the Google Checkout button is clicked.

However, looking through the BVSoftware.GoogleCheckout code, I'm at a loss to figure out how to insert the new xml node called <parameterized-urls> into the xml request string. Has BVSoftware addressed this issue yet and if not, can I get an idea on how to accomplish this task?
