I'm trying to change the supplied Contact Us form (which has only header content) so that there are fields in it that posts back to the site and emails the user a confirmation page. I found the Edit Policy for the Contact Us form and I see a section in the database for ContactUs questions.
Where do I put in the questions/fields/etc.?
I can't find any reference on the user manual for doing this.
