Can anyone shed some light on how to modify item quantities on an order already placed? For example, suppose someone orders 25 widgets, but we only have 15 in stock, so we call the customer and he says, "Send me the 15 you've got." Now I want to modify his order to show that it was for 15 units instead of 25. Aside from editing directly in the database, is there a way to do that through the admin interface?

Open the order and click "Edit Order" -- change quantities, save the order -- you can then adjust payment on the Payment screen if necessary. |
