How can I hide the PayPal checkout button on the cart.aspx page? I would prefer to have them sign in (or create and account) and then select PayPal as the payment option on the checkout.aspx page.

I added in visible="false" in PaypalExpressCheckoutButton.ascx and it no longer appears on the cart.aspx page.
