Is it possible to modify drop-ship email to send order notice to manufacturer EVEN for non-shipping products....and where would I do it?

Thanks Mitch. I was wondering which work flow I would edit? I am assuming (since I have no expertise in the matter) that somewhere in the code it idicates something to the effect that if the product is shippable, email to manufacturer, if not, don't. I am just not sure where that is....
