The store has Structured Solutions Shipping Calculator and Shipping Service installed, in case that matters.
Any idea what's going on here? I was hoping to update tonight (this was a test run), but I guess not.

Marcus posted on what to do if you are having trouble installing the patch on earlier versions (earlier than SP 3.2), http://forums.bvcommerce.com/de...59552&g=59743#m59743My products do *not* (thank you Kevin) have a role in this error--they do not talk to the database directory and they do not create or change the database schema. Note that you will need to update the Shipping Rate Rule Providers to version 2.8 and that Shipper Service for BVC5 is not fully compatible with SP4. Here is the status of all my BVC5 products, http://structured-solutions.net/BVC5SP4And here is the article on updating the Shipping Rate Rule Providers, http://structured-solutions.net/RuleProviders28 |

Thanks for the info, but I think you wanted to say that your products do NOT have a role in this error :-)
I did not think they would, but thought I should mention I was using them, just in case.
I didn't see any info on your site on Shipper 1 to Shipper 3 upgrades. I have already bought Shipper twice - once for BVC 2004 and once for BVC 5 - I hope I don't have to pay full price a third time for the same web site. (Both products are great, btw - we had huge problems with incorrect shipping charges until we started using the Rule Providers, and Shipper saves so much time every day)
I'll try the manual db migration tomorrow.
