Rank: Member Joined: 10/29/2008(UTC) Posts: 15		This is a BV 4 question but I don't see another forum to post this in. Our site is running well except when you click on a product. The load time for any product page is considerably slower. Any ideas what could be causing this or how we can get the product pages loading as fast as the rest of the site? Thanks, Will Wright

Rank: Member Joined: 11/6/2003(UTC) Posts: 1,903		We would have to look at it in order to identify the problem. Is it a stock page or modified? What 3rd party tools are on the page (google, yahoo, shippers, image viewers etc.)

Rank: Member Joined: 8/1/2007(UTC) Posts: 310		Hello Will, The bottle-neck is your product page. Compare it with the stock version and see what changed. I just tested clicking on 2 different products and adding them to the cart. In both cases, it took exactly 21.29 seconds. There is seriously something going on with your product template page. If you cant figure it out, contact me. I should be able to help.
