If I use the back button from the error page, the logout appears to have worked because it returns me to the Login.aspx page.

I've checked the error code above and although the resource "Logout.aspx" exists and is where I expect it to be at C:\BVC5\WWW but it's clearly not at the Physical Path C:\inetpub\wwwroot\BVC5\ (this directory doesn't exist) as per the error message.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

Thanks

John

Have you set the Site Standard and Site Secure roots under options->Security in the admin side? After logout the user is redirected to the site standard root.

Thanks Marcus, I set the Site Standard root to the Store address (seemed convenient) and all works fine.
