Is this a known bug in 5.3.2? Changes made to orders, email button hit and nothing is sent.
This was verified on a stock 5.3.2 store.
Also has anyone packaged usable print templates? The stock ones are a disaster and are essentially unusable, customer invoices without the stores name or logo?

Check the workflows for emails... Not sure, I rarely send 2nd emails - I assume they work. :0 The templates are half baked ootb. But I'd bet no matter how good they looked, they'd get changed, so.... If you'd like to see, place an 'order' for a fireplace quote and go though checkout ($0.00 charge). I'll send them if you'd like to use them to start from. I've got a lot of choices on many of my products and they show that info pretty well. Forget logos. Mitch, thanks will run through the cart tonight or in the am on something and will mark it clearly as BV TEST in the comments.
I think I found an earlier thread....all emails are sent to the customer even the admin email. That should change in BV6.
The print templates...stink. Someone should package them up for sale.
