I am currently moving my clients store to a new server host, i installed the software on the new server, backed up my data to it, it logs to the store front fine, but when i go to the admin control panel, im getting this error:
Column 'ThirdPartyOrderId' does not belong to table Table

im not sure if i posted in the right forum.

Not sure but looks like you are using different versions of the software between migration? Did you by chance install a later SP on the new server which probably the old server never had? Check the SP version on the old server and the SP version on the new server. If they dont match up, then you will need to upgrade your database to the newest SP that you have on the new server. I dont see why otherwise you will get this type of an error.

Hey Jeff -

The upgrade files should be located in your order, so you'll need to go to bvsoftware.com and log into your account. Look at your recent orders, and within that you will find the download.

I'm curious though, when you moved your database/files did you run the installer again or manually copy over the files/database? If you need to get working quickly, I'd recommend manually copying over the files and database exactly how you have it on your old machine, and that should work fine. Then, at your leisure you can upgrade to the newest version...

Hope that helps,

: Greg
