Anyone using Cliff's Quick Checkout page with 5.4?

I upgraded our site to the newest BV release, and now the Bill To 'Same as Shipping Address' functionality doesn't seem to be working. If I go to the checkout page, the box is checked by default, but if you uncheck and recheck, the form will not close back up. Also, if you uncheck it, no matter if you recheck it or not the form will fail validation since there is no Billing address.
Just curious if anyone else has run into this...

Looks like the update causes the page to use JQuery to toggle the bill to form...I'll post an update if I can figure out how to make this work again.

I changed the control to a regular check box and the problem went away.
