This could be a few things.

Where the charge is being placed, the first thing to check is the communication back. Is it getting through?

If you are behind a firewall you will need to have port 1129 open in order to get their communications back.

If you don't have access to this, get in touch with your host and they can address it.

Let us know if that takes care of it.

I've opened the port of 1129, through the firewall, however i'm still getting nothing back. I know the charge is going through because my card got charged, and i can see it through the system. Any ideas at all?

I have the same exact problem you described with LinkPoint. Did you find any solution?
