Just Purchased a Full License - Does my previous customization of the Trial Version still work?

Dear Sir or Madam,
My question is: Now that I've purchased the full license, do we have to re-customize our store again or will the new license allow us to keep going and use the customization we've already done?
Do we have to re-install the store associated with the full license?
