Hello,

We are using BVC5. UPS is the only shipper we use we use. When a cu stomer is going through the buying process and reaches the checkout.aspx page, BVC displays under "shipping" the following: "$0.00 - To Be Determined. Contact Store for Details" We must have shipping options (and notify the customer of the costs of each). I've looked all over the forums but can on ly find this reference http://forums.bvcommerce.com/default.aspx?f=78&m=60687I've checked that in "STOREADMIN" the Content > Store Info > ZipCode is stored correctly. I"ve also enabled/disabled "diagnostics" under "STOREADMIN" Optipons > Shipping > UPS Shipping Method > Diagnostics checkbox . I've also registered our shipper account with UPS. I'm at a loss to explain why the shipping methods are not displaying... Can anyone help me out?

Are you using the one-page checkout? If so, are you manually entering your address information or using a toolbar like Google Toolbar to auto-complete the fields? |

Edit a UPS shipping method and turn on "Diagnostics mode"
Then try and get a UPS rate
Then go to Options->Event Log in the admin to see the Request/Response from the UPS service which may contain an error message explaining why rates were not returned.

OK, when I get to the cart.aspx page (http://www.driveontech.com/BVCommerce/Cart.aspx), and I click on the "shipping rates" button, nothing happens. Previously today, when I clicked on this button, I got a pop-up box that indicated that "Postal Code" was blank. I checked again the Admin > Content > Store Info and I saw that I had entered in our zip code (77057).
I'm at a loss to explain what's wrong...

Be sure that the store knows that the product is shipping from the store, not a manufacturer or vendor. On the product edit page, 'Ship Mode'. If shipping from a vendor, make sure the information is filled in and the vendor is assigned to the product. |

Thanks for the input... I closed the browser window, re-opened the store in another browswer window. Now I signed in, checked that all my products in the site admin as follows: Catalog > Products > Edit Products > Ship Mode > from store. When I go to the cart page(http://www.driveontech.com/BVCommerce/Cart.aspx ) and click on the "shipping rates" button, I see a popu box that has Postal Codes in a blank window (please see attached screenshot). I've checked the Site Admin > Content > Store Info > and in here, there is a "Zip Code" that has our correct zip code. Where do I input this "Postal Code".

Marcus,
I checked the event log (Options > Event Log) and I saw this:
UPS Status Code = 1 UPS Postage = 74.24 UPS Errors = UPS Rate = 74.24
What is this? How can I use this information to fix my problem?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks
