problem in inventory status of product - BVSoftware Version 5.4

I have set the inventory status of the products to following -
When this item is out of stock - “Show as Out of Stock (Allow Orders)”
Enabled - TRUE
Available – 3
Out of Stock Point – 0
Reorder Point – 1
Reserved – 0
For Sale – 3
Still the product’s status in BV’s admin panel is NOT AVAILABLE.
what should i do? Also, I have added custom urls for all the products and 3 of them shows just blank page.
I have used the BVSoftware 5.0 version for other two sites previously and I had no such problems. But I am facing this problem now, with version 5.4.

Did you install Hot Fixes B,C,D for 5.4 which addressed some inventory issues?

Yes we have installed all the patches A, B, C and D as well.
Still we are facing the problems in inventory status of the product as mentioned in the email.
