Hello,

I'm trying to add a cross sell product (actually a work-around to adding shipping insurance). I created a product and called it "shipping insurance" . I then edited all the products to add this shipping insurance as a "cross-sell", checked-on the checkbox and saved the changes. I get a confirmation that the cross-sell has been added.

However, when I "go to the store" and check the product, the "cross sell" does not displa.

I then "go to the admin site" and check on the product option, cross sell and the item I just checked-on as a cross sell has a blank checkbox....

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a URL for an example?

Also, do you ship your items using a value based table or live rates?

This going to sound roll-off-the-wall simplistic... Is the Shipping Insurance product 'active'? Can you see it if you add it to a category as a 'real' product? If so, there may be something wrong with the cross sells display.

hey luis,

Can you switch that product's template to a different one, click save and refresh?

Forgive my ignorance, insurance is a sliding-scale rate based on the value of the items purchased correct?
