On the product page, when I select the choice that we are out of stock of (inventory is 0 and the out of stock mode is set to "Display on Store (Do Not Allow Orders)"), the product is displayed as out of stock and the Add to Cart button does not display which is what we expect to see.

But when I refresh the page, Add to Cart Button appears for the out of stock item and the customer can add this item to her shopping cart.

I did apply all the hot fixes, didn't help.

Please let me know if you have questions.

Thanks,

I also see the same issue as the previous user. If you refresh the page, the product becomes available to add to cart.

When you click "refresh" do the choices reset to their default values or stay on the customer selected values?

The choice drop down list stay on the customer selected value but the SKU and the Name of the product display the default values.

Okay, and just to confirm you have a 5.4 version that is not customized and also has hot fixes A - H applied?

Let me investigate. Can you tell me if you're using the BVC 2004 or BV 5 template for the product page?

Marcus -

Same issue for me; all hotfixes applied and I'm using the BV 2004 product template.

Sorry for the late reply, I'm using the BV5 template.
