I want to create a custom form and have it emailed to me. How do I do that?

It is usable. I just need to create extra forms for different purposes.

Omer, This is not something that you can do via the admin, but it is a pretty simple matter if you have a basic understanding of ASP.NET. |

Thanks Aaron.
I actually do not know ASP.net. I went into ContactUs.aspx and got into its vb file. I changed some things. I spent 2 hours.... Finally I created a feedback form and tested it. It worked. I now have a feedback form. It is all the way at the bottom of my website with a '+' ıcon..
The feedback email comes under Contact Us email template but it delivers the name email and comment. I couldn't figure out how to change that yet.... lol... It gives an error with WebAppSettings when I want to change Contact Us email template... I got what I needed. Good enough for now I guess :)

I have one that I would be happy to email to you. Post an email address and I'll send it (I'd recommend a disposable email address for temporary use, as you generally don't want to post an email address on the forums for fear of spam.)
The customization is pretty straight forward.
